Nobody likes an idea hog. In fact if you really want an idea to be great, it must be shared with several other original minds. This is the thinking that led to almost every wall in the creative department being made into a giant vinyl bulletin board. Hundreds of rough ideas now go up on the walls for everyone from accounting and production to the CEO and janitor to view and comment on. So while we may spend a lot of time on "reclideation", at the end of the day, rest assured folks - them vinyl walls will be papered.
